Q: Can I get a discount on the price?
There is no Discounts outside of holiday sales. Please do not waste the Administration's time by asking for discounts as we already keep our prices as competitive as possible and it would be unfair for you to receive a different deal. We run sales on Christmas and sometimes Easter & Black Friday. However, if you choose to pay for your subscription with cryptocurrency, you can have the additional 3% PayPal fee waived from the price.
Q: How do I load the cheat?
Navigate to the premium forum section of the cheat you purchased and find the How To Use thread in the Updates section which will explain the instructions for the specific cheat.
Q: How do I join the Discord?
To join the server you must be a premium member. The invitation to join the server is the Discord button inside our offical Loader - Download Link. Do not use the Forum widget on the forum to try and navigate the server since that will not work.
Q: Why does my Anti-Virus alert to the loader and/or block the download?
We use a program called VMProtect to obfuscate our loader for security, this process often triggers false positives from antivirus programs and is a common problem for most cheat loaders. If the loader download is blocked you'll need to temporarily disable your antivirus and then allow the download inside your browser (usually by clicking the 3 dots or See more button, then click Allow). After you've downloaded the loader you can whitelist it in your anti-virus settings as an exclusion, after which you can re-enable the anti-virus. In rare cases if issues persist (depending on the anti-virus such as Malwarebytes), you may need to fully disable the anti-virus before loading the cheat to prevent further issues/interference by the anti-malware features, for example if it's blocking the connection to our servers.
Q: I have to use a spoofer with the cheat what should I do?
Depending on the spoofer, you may be able to load the cheat after spoofing your hardware. Make sure your IP doesn't change since the last time you used the cheat (by not using a VPN). If you get a HWID error despite remaining on the same IP address, you should be loading the cheat before spoofing your computer.
Q: My HWID changed and now the cheat says Invalid HWID. What do I do?
Navigate to the HWID Request Page located right under your profile and submit a request. Note that requesting a HWID change to transfer/sell your subscription to a friend will result in a permanent ban with no refund (with a risk that your referral is banned as well). Please specify every hardware/software items/aspects that changed within your request, including if IP address will change or not.
Q: Where are configs stored?
The config folder will be stored in your Documents folder (Located in C:/Users/USER/Documents/Pasteware_Username). Locate the folder in Documents named after your website username and you will find the config files inside.
Q: How do I make the cheat overlay stream-proof?
When you are using NVIDIA Share, the default settings should already make the cheat overlay stream-proof, however if you find that the cheat is still visible on recording, you can easily make the overlay stream-proof. All you have to do is go into the NVIDIA Share settings by pressing [ ALT + Z ] → Settings icon → Video Capture → Disable "Desktop Capture"
This will ensure that the Pasteware overlay is fully stream-proof and it will not show up even when recording through NVIDIA Share, other recording software like OBS or on discord screenshare.

Q: What do I do if I found a bug or if I got a suggestion?
Put it in the appropriate text-channel in the discord, or make a forum thread in the appropriate section.
Q: Can I advertise something in the pasteware discord/forums?
Yes, but you can't advertise anything related to other cheat software, or certain competitive services. If you're not sure, please ask ask our administration for permission prior to posting.
Q: Does the cheat log anything? If so, why does it do that?
Yes it does. We logs certain things like hardware serials, IP, injection time and some computer specifications to prevent leaks and account transfers. Our loader/cheats do not have any capability of performing malicious actions on your PC so if an antivirus thinks that our loader is a trojan, you must whitelist it. The false positive is caused by the fact that our loader is encrypted for security purposes.
Q: Can I invite a friend to Pasteware?
Yes, as long as you either have an active subscription, or have been a member for a long enough period of time. If you have consecutively held a subscription for over 30 days, you will automatically have am invite token given to you by our system. If you haven't yet received a token by our system, you may request one from the administration. If you are granted the invite token, head to this page in order to generate an invite code. Keep in mind that if your friend ends up committing a severe violation (such as trying to leak/crack our loader, selling accounts, etc) you may get banned for inviting them.
Q: Can I freeze my subscription?
Normally, subscriptions will only be frozen in case of multiple ban reports/detection of a cheat. You are not allowed to have your subscription frozen because you won't be on your computer or are taking a break from the game. Such situations need to be thought of before making a purchase. In case of a technical difficulty with the cheat, or any significant problem, you can contact the administration to inquire about pausing your membership. You will not be able to load the cheat while your subscription is frozen.

Troubleshooting:
Q: The loader is downloading as an .HTML file.
That's a known issue with the Firefox browser. Simply rename the file extension to .exe or re-download it from a different browser.
Q: I can't click inside the game after the cheat creates the overlay.
That's a known bug with the NVIDIA Share overlay hijacking method. If this issue occurs, simply press ALT+Z twice (keybind to bring up the NVIDIA Overlay). If the issue persists, you may also need to tab out of the game (ALT+TAB) and then press ALT+R twice, before going back into the game.
If that didn't solve it, the NVIDIA Overlay may be configured incorrectly:
- To solve it, first make sure that Shadowplay overlay is enabled (inside GeForce Experience settings).
- Once enabled, press ALT+Z → Settings icon → HUD Layout settings, then enable one of the settings such as FPS counter.
- You may need to press ALT+Enter twice or restart the game to apply the changes.
This should always fix the issue, however if you still encounter other issues with the NVIDIA Share overlay method, please consider using the Alternative Overlay method, which uses the Icecream recorder, by following the instructions from the How To Use page of your cheat.
If that didn't solve it, the NVIDIA Overlay may be configured incorrectly:

This can happen for several reasons, first please make sure you are downloading the x64 bit version of the loader. If you are, please go through the following troubleshooting steps, before re-downloading the loader to try again:
The most likely cause for this error is your Anti-Virus, Firewall or Browser blocking the loader from running. To fix this, please disable the following options in Windows Settings: (You don't have to disable it all at once, but try to disable these one-by-one until the issue is fixed.)
1. Fully disable the Windows Defender and all it's network protection options.
2. Re-download the Loader .exe, Right-click on the Loader → Properties and Under General, check “Unblock” → click OK. Once done, try to run the Loader .exe again, always as Administrator.
3. If the issue persists, proceed to the following steps:
-- Disable Exploit Protection → Force Randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR)
[The above step is typically the solution to the error, please try this first and proceed to the next steps if the problem persists]
-- Disable Smart App Control
-- Disable Core Isolation → Memory Integrity
-- Disable Reputation-based protection → Check apps and files
Once all done, again right-click → Properties on the re-downloaded Loader .exe and make sure there’s no "Unblock" button at the bottom. If the button is there, try clicking the "Unblock" before running the loader.
After doing all these steps, please re-download the x64 bit Loader and make sure to run it as Administrator.
4. If you recently re-installed or reset Windows, make sure you have both the DirectX runtime (download here) and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (download here) installed.
The most likely cause for this error is your Anti-Virus, Firewall or Browser blocking the loader from running. To fix this, please disable the following options in Windows Settings: (You don't have to disable it all at once, but try to disable these one-by-one until the issue is fixed.)

A fresh windows install does not come with DirectX preinstalled. To solve this error you need to Download and install the DirectX runtime. Alternatively, you can download and run the game prior to running the loader which should also fix this problem.
Q: The loader is showing a Connection failed error or an Error clicking the Log In button.
If our forums are up and running, then our servers are functioning correctly. Something on your PC/network could be blocking the loader from connecting with our website (Firewall/Antivirus). It is also possible that your Internet service provider is preventing the request to our servers. In most cases, using a VPN to login will solve the issue. If the issue persists with a VPN, please try switching VPN servers (USA recommended) or VPN providers (Windscribe is free).
Q: The cheat ESP/overlay is not running smooth or lagging
Typically our cheat may consume around 5-10% of CPU usage. A low-end setup with an older CPU, can sometimes bottleneck the performance of the overlay, or even cause stability issues sometimes. For EFT and Rust it is highly recommended to go into the game's Graphics settings and enable NVIDIA DLSS which should greatly improve the overlay performance. Additionally, you can use the Save FPS option in the Misc tab to reduce the resource usage of the cheat. (Try the different optimization options). You can also consider turning off some of the ESP options that are CPU intensive, such as player skeletons and items ESP. Note that the performance of your game shouldn't be affected by the cheat, as the game is mainly GPU dependent while the cheat runs on the CPU.
Q: The 'PWBR' titled console displays the "\Device\Nal is already in use" error:
Download this file and run it as Admin. Type y on the "y/n" question that will pop up then hit enter. It should fix the issue and allow you to reload the cheat with no issues. If this doesn't work, please reboot your computer and try reloading pasteware again.
Q: The 'Launcher/Middleman' titled console displays the error 0xC000009A or 0xC0000022:
You will need to uninstall the FaceIT anti-cheat and reboot your computer, since their driver will prevent the loading of our bypass, even when the anti-cheat is not running.
Q: The 'Launcher/Middleman' titled console) displays the error 0xCC000603:
This error commonly occurs on Windows 11 for those who haven't disabled the "Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist". If you have it enabled, our loader should automatically disable it when you first run it, but you will need to reboot your computer to apply these changes. If this error still comes up after rebooting, please try to manually disable Core Isolation (you can find it by pressing the Windows key and searching "Core Isolation") and make sure the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist, which should be a setting located further down from Core isolation, has been disabled properly as well. If nothing helps, contact our support for further assistance.
Q: The 'Launcher/Middleman' titled console displays the error 0xC0000428:
This error can occasionally be caused by Secure Boot as well as TPM or Virtualization being enabled in this BIOS settings. To fix this, go into the BIOS and follow these steps:
• Find where is TPM is located, these settings are sometimes contained in a sub-menu in the UEFI BIOS labeled Advanced, Security, or Trusted Computing. The option to Disable the TPM may be labeled as Security Device, Security Device Support, TPM State, AMD fTPM switch, AMD PSP fTPM, Intel PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology.
• If this TPM option is Enabled, you need to Disable it and Save then exit.
• Look for Virtualization technology in system settings or advanced settings. Set the Virtualization option to disable or off. Save the settings and exit.
• If you also have Secure Boot enabled, please Disable it and remember to Save then exit.
If you cannot find the TPM or Secure Boot option inside your BIOS, try looking up your Motherboard or PC model name with "Disable TPM" or "Disable Secure Boot" in the google search. This will often lead to a video which shows how to do this for your specific motherboard.

This is an unknown error that has only ever occurred to one user due to conflicting software that was installed on his PC, such as system tweaks, etc. The only known solution for such an error, or some other unknown errors not listed in the FAQ, is to perform a PC reset (with keeping files is ok). Unless you can find the conflicting software and uninstall it, there is no way to tell which software is causing the conflict and preventing our drivers from loading.

If you have double checked for any other conflicting software such as FaceIt, make sure you haven't used any cheats in the past which disable PatchGuard. If you had indeed disabled it in the past for another cheat, you will need to re-enable PatchGuard. All cheats which require PatchGuard to be disabled should include a file on their forum/loader to re-enable it.

First you need to make sure that there are no errors in the Task Manager console (first one that loads on first injection)
If there’s an error saying "Exploit driver failed to load" in the first console:
Uninstall FaceIT anti-cheat and reboot your computer. Also make sure you are on a compatible windows version.
If there are other errors, please check the other answers for a solution.

First of all, please make sure you read the How To Use thread in the updates/setup of the premium forum section. If you are getting the message saying failed Hijacking the overlay, you should be able to click Ok and have the cheat automatically fix the overlay in about 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you can try manually killing NVIDIA Share.exe or restarting IceCream Recorder, depending on your GPU and setup that the specific cheat uses, in the details of task manager and reload the cheat (You can also do this in case the overlay get stuck after unloading the cheat). You also must make sure that the game resolution is set to borderless/windowed. Please do not confuse this issue with other issues explained above and double check that you are reading about the right issue.
