How to load the cheat:
1. Download the latest loader from the Download button in the control panel above and run it as Administrator.
2. Make sure you have GeForce experience installed. Enable performance overlay inside shadowplay by pressing ALT+R and press ALT+R again if the menu is flickering after you load the cheat. If you don't have an NVIDIA GPU, try the following:
1. Download and install the Icecream recording software. Link
2. Run the software.
3. Hit the "Capture Video" dropdown on the top left of the app, select Display 1 (or 2 if that's your gaming monitor), or simply click Fullscreen if you have 1 monitor.
4. A small window will pop up. You don't need to enable recording. Simply minimize the window and proceed to load the cheat.

Leave the window open or redo the steps again each time you decide to play Rust.
3. Load the Rust cheat before running the game. Loading it with the game running can result in a ban!
4. Enjoy.

If you encounter problems during the setup, please refer to the F.A.Q first, before contacting administration for support.

How to setup the cheat in-game:
- Use the insert or home key to open up the menu. It is highly recommended to rebind the menu key to something else to avoid the anti-cheat flag and temporary/permanent game bans. (Inside menu: Misc -> Main -> Other -> Alt. Menu Key)
- If you don't see the watermark and the menu won't open up, make sure the game is running on borderless/windowed resolution. (Fullscreen Exclusive not supported)
- Use the binds on the right side of the controls to set key binds. (ESC to reset)
- Use the save/load options on the bottom left to save/load your cheat configuration settings.

Troubleshooting:
• Often the Anti-Virus will trigger a false-positive and delete/block our loader. If you run into any issues along the lines of "File invalid/corrupted/not found" make sure to disable the Anti-Virus and add re-download the loader. You can add the loader to the whitelist/exclusions and then re-enable your Anti-Virus when you've solved the issue.
• If an overlay glitch occurs, where you can't interact with the game, or you can't click inside the cheat menu:
ㅤIf you can't interact with the game, but can click inside the menu:
ㅤ- Press the Windows key or ALT+TAB out of the game, then press ALT+R twice and it should be fixed.
ㅤIf that didn't solve it, or if you can't use the menu, then the NVIDIA Shadowplay may be configured incorrectly.
ㅤ- To solve it, first make sure that Shadowplay overlay is enabled (inside GeForce Experience settings).
ㅤ- Once enabled, press ALT+Z Settings icon HUD Layout settings, then enable one of the settings such as FPS counter.
ㅤ- You may need to press ALT+Enter twice or restart the game to apply the changes. This should fix the issue.
• If the overlay begins to flicker after enabling the Performance overlay settings, try pressing ALT+R and ALT+ENTER.
• Make sure you're not running the game or Steam as Admin, restart the game and try switching your resolution to windowed and back to borderless.
Disable all other overlays that you have enabled including the Xbox Game Bar overlay with the following command:
Press the Windows Key and type "Powershell", then click Run as Administrator. In the command prompt enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
This will remove the Xbox gaming services and disable their overlay which may interfere with the cheat overlay. Any other overlays, such as Discord overlay need to be disabled separately.

Less significant things to try (unlikely to make a difference):
Head over to the GeForce Experience installation folder (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\)
Right click the properties of the NVIDIA GeForce Experience.exe and go to the Compatibility tab, then select to always Run this program as Admin. Do the same thing for all the other NVIDIA files that end with .exe in that directory.
• If you can't fix the overlay issue, try using the alternative overlay method from the spoiler labeled "Alternative overlay instructions" at the beginning of this page. Make sure to disable Shadowplay in Geforce Experience settings for this method.

Safety tips:
- DO NOT
rename the loader or any folder on your computer to pasteware. Rust has blacklisted our cheat name from running even if it's already been closed before the game is started.
- DO NOT dig up random stashes in the middle of the field. Most of the time, those are auto-generated bait stashes designed for admins to catch cheaters and can even result in a gameban.
- Avoid using a high aimbot sensitivity and don't use recoil compensation of 100%. EAC has an aimbot detection module that can detect aimlock that looks inhumane. Use 5-10% aimbot randomization and keep a low sensitivity.
- Change the menu bind from the insert key to something else, as EAC can flag if you press insert often.
- Avoid getting reported by players (duhh). If people see you super jumping or such and you get reported, it's likely an admin will spectate and ban you. If you're playing officials, a manual admin ban can and will result in a game ban.[/SPOILER]
